Proven Ability required- Demonstrable proven ability in conducting Stage 2 Training Needs Analysis - Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and JSP 822.
- Military or Defence industry experience in TNA DSAT Analysis is highly desirable.
- Skilled in report writing.
- Skilled in Stake Holder management and/or Customer Engagement.
Competent MS Office user (primarily Word and Excel)
