Training Quality Manager

The Alliance has a long and proud tradition as a provider of high-quality qualification training for people working in the early years sector. Courses are offered from level 2 to level 5 for learners and apprentices. Following a strong Ofsted inspection of our provision in July, we are now looking to recruit a Training Quality Manager to expand the range of programmes we offer and develop further our engagement with learners, apprentices and employers. The Alliance''s training team is a strategic partner with DfE, Skills England and a range of other key stakeholders in early years and post compulsory education and this role offers and opportunity to be involved directly in shaping and improving the early years workforce framework into the future. The role is hybrid working and will be based in a location to be agreed with the successful candidate.
