      <description>Location: Glasgow | Salary: 35000.00-35000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | We''re currently recruiting for a Trainer to join our client''s internal Learning and Development team. This is a varied role, with responsibility for designing and delivering sector-specific training to employees and key stakeholders across the organisation. You''ll work closely with operational and service-delivery teams to ensure staff have the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to support people experiencing homelessness and other vulnerabilities. Salary up to £35,000. What makes this role particularly interesting is that it''s not purely classroom-based. You''ll have the opportunity to identify training needs, develop new learning programmes and help shape the organisation''s wider training offering.
