Training Manager - Ofsted Registered Children''s Residential Home Job Title: Training Manager Location: Eastbourne (with travel to London as required) About The Role: We are looking for an experienced and driven Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of high quality training across our residential children''s homes. This role is critical in ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge and values required to support children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs. You will play a key role in embedding our therapeutic approach, strengthening practice across homes, and ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards. As Training Manager, you will take ownership of the training strategy, oversee qualification pathways, and lead on quality assurance. You will also act as the registered centre manager with our awarding organisation (NCFE), ensuring all learning and assessment activity meets required standards. This is a hands on role where you will design and deliver training, support staff development and work closely with operational leaders to continuously improve practice across the organisation.
