Training Manager

Rapid Resourcing are seaking-a trainee manager to join their clients-fast-paced friendly team at their-Knowsley premises. This is a hands on mid-level management role with real responsibility and room to grow.

The role
- Liaise with customers and employees to ensure smooth day-to- day operations.
- Support management with planning, coordination, and problem solving.
- Assist with project work and production-related tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in a busy working environment.
What we are looking for
- Understanding of the insulation / textile industry.
- Experience using 2D CAD software.
- Knowledge of websites (updating content or basic management).
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work well in a fast moving environment.
