The Role Reporting to senior leadership, you''ll be responsible for: Developing and delivering the company''s training strategy. Managing competency, compliance and training records. Coordinating internal and external training programmes. Supporting apprenticeships, management development and succession planning. Working closely with operational teams to ensure a highly skilled and compliant workforce.
