Training Manager

OCS are working with a well-established and highly respected contractor operating across Demolition, Enabling Works, Civil Engineering, Remediation and Specialist Construction Services.-Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Training Manager to lead and develop the company''s training and competency strategy across the business.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you''ll be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering the company''s training strategy.
• Managing competency, compliance and training records.
• Coordinating internal and external training programmes.
• Supporting apprenticeships, management development and succession planning.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure a highly skilled and compliant workforce.

About You

We''re keen to speak with Training Managers from Construction, Demolition, Civil Engineering, Groundworks, Infrastructure, Utilities or Specialist Subcontracting backgrounds.

You''ll have:

• Experience managing training within a construction-related environment.
• Knowledge of CITB, CSCS, CPCS, NPORS and competency management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement.
