Role: Training ManagerLocation: WarringtonSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Company Car Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Manager to join a leading High Voltage installation contractor delivering critical infrastructure projects across the UK.This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing vocational training, supporting apprentices and experienced engineers, and ensuring high standards of competency across the workforce.You will play a key role in delivering a Level 3 Substation Fitter qualification, working closely with learners to help them achieve their full potential.We''re looking for someone with a strong construction background and experience working within construction or infrastructure environments. This role would particularly suit candidates who have developed their careers within major engineering or construction projects and have a passion for training and developing others. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured vocational and technical training to engineers and apprentices.Conduct on-site assessments and support learners through NVQ qualifications.Mentor, coach and develop individuals at varying experience levels.Ensure training delivery aligns with industry standards and compliance requirements.Support the continuous improvement of training programmes.Travel to sites across the UK to engage directly with the workforce.
