Training Manager - Modern Slavery

Right now, we are looking for a Training Manager to play a pivotal role in our Modern Slavery Innovations Team in London Sounds great, what will I be doing? As Training Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of CPD-accredited modern slavery training programmes for corporate partners, frontline professionals, businesses and public sector organisations. Working closely with the Modern Slavery Innovations Manager, Corporate Partnerships team and a Lived Experience Co-Facilitator, you will create impactful, survivor-informed training, guidance and resources that influence policy, strengthen organisational responses and generate sustainable income. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident trainer and relationship-builder to expand Hestia''s training offer, develop new business opportunities, manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure survivor voices remain at the heart of everything we do. The role is part time, three days per week hybrid working with travel across London and the UK. What do I need to bring with me?
