Training ManagerLearning and Development ManagerLandD ManagerNottinghamManufacturing/IndustrialHybridClient DetailsMichael Page are delighted to partner with a multi-site organisation to appoint for a Training Manager to join a busy HR team.This role can offer hybrid working - circa 4 days onsite and 1 homeThe role will be Nottingham based with occasional travel (circa 1/month to other sites UK wide)DescriptionReporting to a Head of HR and working closely with both operational and HR stakeholders, the role of Training Manager will take full responsibility for the full LandD life-cycle for a wide range of industrial/front-line stakeholders.You will be responsible for all operational, technical, compliance training including health and safety as well as management and leadership development.This busy and varied role will include but not limited to:Develop a training strategy aligned to safety, legal compliance, operational performance, customer service and growth.Maintain the company training matrix Work with operations, SHEQ, HR and functional leaders to establish training needsMaintain accurate training records to support with workforce planning and succession planningSet role-based competence standards and practical sign-off for critical rolesStrengthen on-boarding training programsMeasure and evaluate training impacts Design and deliver management and leadership trainingLead early careers activity, including apprenticeships, vocational pathways and provider relationships ..... full job details .....
