Training Manager

Kenwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd are supporting one of their Established Housing and Support Providers-with their campaign to hire an experienced Training Manager.-

The Training Manager will be based on site and will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

As the Training Manager, you will be carrying out a range of duties. Some of these have been listed below:

• -The Training Manager will deliver engaging face-to-face training to support workers within supported exempt housing.
• Ensure training content remains current, compliant with legislation and best practice, and meets organisational requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.-
• Ensure attendance registers are completed accurately for every training session.
• The Training Manager will ensure all mandatory paperwork is completed by support workers.
• Produce and issue training certificates following successful completion of training.
• Maintain accurate training records by filing documentation promptly.
• Update and maintain training trackers and spreadsheets.
• Prepare and provide training reports, compliance data and other information to the Senior Leadership Team as required.
