Training Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced CIPD level 5 Training Manager to join an established and growing company based in Hampshire. The successful candidate will have: 5 years'' experience in Training, Learning and Development, or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 3 years'' leadership experience managing training teams, trainers, coordinators, or subject matter experts. Professional qualification in Leadership and Management desirable The role is based in an operational factory environment with associated levels of noise and temperature and can be physically demanding. Experience developing competency-based training frameworks. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Health and Safety, Quality Systems, and Compliance requirements. Data analysis and reporting skills. Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 Train-the-Trainer qualification. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification desirable.
