Location: Chichester | Salary: £50000 - £55000/annum Pension | Type: Permanent | An exciting opportunity for an experienced CIPD level 5 Training Manager to join an established and growing company based in Hampshire.- The successful candidate will have: 5 years'' experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 3 years'' leadership experience managing training teams, trainers, coordinators, or subject matter experts. Professional qualification in Leadership & Management desirable The role is based in an operational factory environment with associated levels of noise and temperature and can be physically demanding. Experience developing competency-based training frameworks. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Health & Safety, Quality Systems, and Compliance requirements. Data analysis and reporting skills. Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 Train-the-Trainer qualification. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification desirable.
