Training Manager Care Homes

Bright Selection is currently working with a highly regarded provider of care home who are looking to appoint a Training Manager to support several homes across Southern England. The successful candidate will work alongside peers based in other regions and will support home managers and their teams to develop and deliver training courses within the homes to ensure care delivered is of the highest quality. The group are a well resourced provider who are bringing together talented leaders from the industry to shape a new portfolio of homes. Requirements:Experienced social care trainer with good knowledge across all mandatory subjectsStrong IT skillsFull driving licenceThe ideal candidate will be qualified with PTLLS / L3 or above in education and training and a Diploma / NVQ in Health and Social Care Key responsibilities:To deliver and evaluate a range of face-to-face training and induction topics to care home employeesTo promote an inclusive and positive learning culture within the group, with a focus on the transfer of learning into practice and continuous professional developmentTo deliver learning opportunities and experiences which have a positive impact on employees and contribute to the delivery of the highest standards of care and support to residents The salary for the role is offered at up to 45,000 per annum ..... full job details .....
