This is a high-impact role, responsible for ensuring colleagues across the business are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to successfully adopt new ways of working under the NIS Programme.About the RoleAs Training Lead, you will take ownership of the programme''s training strategy, leading the design and delivery of learning solutions across multiple workstreams.
