Role Summary The Training Lead is responsible for ensuring the Systems Engineering organisation has the skills, knowledge, and capabilities required to deliver high-quality engineering outcomes. This role owns the engineering training strategy, competency framework, learning pathways, and onboarding experience, ensuring engineers are equipped with the processes, tools, and technical knowledge needed to perform effectively.
