You will contribute to the development of future engineering professionals by delivering high-standard training modules, maintaining course materials, and ensuring compliance across the training programme.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training Delivery Deliver classroom and workshop-based Electrical Marine Engineering training. Provide mentorship and guidance to support learner progression. Assess student coursework and practical tasks, providing constructive feedback. Maintain and update all relevant lesson plans, training documentation, and assessment materials.Quality, Compliance and Safety Ensure all training meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
