      <description>Location: City | Salary: 31335.00-31335.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Training Coordinator/Volunteer Support Salary: £31,335 per annum Hours: 37 hours Duration: Up to 31st March 2027 (thereafter subject to continued funding) Location: Colin Area JOB PURPOSE  To actively promote, develop and deliver the Colin Capacity Building training programme by providing high quality information, training and developmental support. To work with local voluntary and community organisations and groups to identify and secure relevant training. To increase opportunities within the Colin area for learning, skills development and employability through volunteering To increase opportunities within the Colin area for accredited learning, skills development and employability. To deliver a planned programme of training  ESSENTIAL CRITERIA  Third level qualification in a relevant field, e.g. Community Development, Training and Development, Education, Leadership and Management, HR At least 3 years'' experience of managing and supporting capacity building programmes.
