Training Coordinator

Training Coordinator sought to join an award-winning, multimillion turnover food plant based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad. Your Role as Training Coordinator:As Training Coordinator, you will help plan, coordinate and maintain effective training across the site. You will support new starters, manage accurate training records, assist with SOPs and work instructions, and help ensure colleagues have the skills, knowledge and confidence required to work safely and effectively. Key responsibilities:Coordinate and support SOP training, competency assessments and compliance activities.Help drive learning through Redzone Learning and other training tools.Create, review and maintain SOPs and work instructions.Keep training records accurate, up to date and easy to access.Ensure all new starters complete induction training within required timescales.Coordinate and deliver site inductions covering Food Safety, GMP, Health and Safety, quality standards, company policies and expected behaviours.Ensure onboarding documentation, training records and competency assessments are completed and maintained accurately.Support trainers and subject matter experts with programme delivery.Work closely with managers and colleagues to identify training needs and support continuous improvement.Your Skills and Experience:Previous experience in training coordination, learning and ..... full job details .....
