This role will have a strong focus on the coordination and management of Safety Technical Competency (STC) documentation, playing a key part in supporting operational capability across the business. Alongside this, you will help ensure the smooth and effective delivery of our wider training and development portfolio, working closely with the Training Manager and stakeholders across NGN.You will help build capability by coordinating training activity, supporting learning delivery, and encouraging a culture of ownership, collaboration and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
