This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and making a real impact on people development.Role OverviewCreate structured training plans for new starters and employees moving into new rolesDefine training activities, timelines, and trainers, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframesMaintain accurate training records, sign offs, and documentation across all departmentsEnsure training plans include all relevant SOPs, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments, COSHH and SDS requirementsCoordinate mandatory training such as First Aid, Fire Marshal, Spill Response, and Powered Vehicle trainingSupport SOP and Work Instruction updates by working with Quality, EHS, and Engineering teamsReport on training progress, completion rates, and compliance metricsEngage with all shifts when required to ensure ..... full job details .....
