As a Training Coordinator, reporting into the Talent and Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the wider People team - ensuring employees are booked onto relevant training, systems are accurately maintained, and all training activity remains compliant with governance and regulatory requirements.Coordinate and schedule internal training programmes, ensuring sessions are fully planned, resourced, and effectively communicatedManage all training logistics, including bookings, equipment, delegate communication, and attendance trackingMaintain accurate training records and compliance data, ensuring all qualifications and certifications are up to dateAct as the main point of contact for the LMS syste, supporting users, managing data, and running compliance reports to flag gaps or renewalsLiaise with external training providers to arrange courses, manage bookings, and track certifications in line with budget requirementsSupport internal training delivery by preparing materials, gathering feedback, and working closely with stakeholders to meet training and compliance needsIf you have previous ..... full job details .....
