Training Coordinator

As we continue to develop, we are looking for a Training Coordinator with food manufacturing experience to help ensure our employees have the skills, knowledge and confidence to do their jobs safely, effectively and to the required standards. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of training across our site, working closely with managers and teams throughout the business to improve skills, support development and maintain high standards. Role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will coordinate and deliver training across our manufacturing operation, covering areas such as food safety, quality, health and safety, operational procedures and employee development. You will spend time on the shop floor, working directly with employees and managers to identify training needs, deliver practical training and ensure employees understand and can confidently carry out their roles. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes a hands-on approach and can help build a consistent and effective training programme across the business.
