Based in our Swindon Branch, this role is crucial to maintaining high-quality care through professional training. Key responsibilities: - Deliver Induction Training to New Candidates - Deliver regular updates and Refresher training to existing staff. - Support existing carers with E-Learning (3 Yearly) - Ensure all training information is clear and understood by Carers. - Maintain and Update Accurate Training records to ensure good compliance. Ideal Candidate: - A strong background / Experience of working in Health and Social Care (Desired) - Experience with delivering Training in a healthcare setting.
