Description

  • Coordinate training schedules and ensure participants are informed of upcoming sessions.
  • Maintain accurate training records and update databases as required.
  • Assist in preparing training materials, including handouts and presentations.
  • Provide on-the-day support for training sessions, such as setting up rooms and equipment.
  • Respond to queries from employees regarding training opportunities and requirements.
  • Collaborate with trainers and department heads to ensure training needs are met.
  • Monitor feedback from training sessions and compile reports for review.
  • Support the Human Resources team with additional administrative tasks when needed.

Profile

A successful Training Co-ordinator Support should have:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
