As Training and Systems Coordinator in Bristol, you will oversee learning initiatives and ensure colleagues have access to essential tools and resources. We're working with a well-established organisation in Bristol to recruit a Training & Systems Coordinator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in training, learning and development, onboarding, education, customer training or systems support who enjoys helping people build their skills and confidence in the workplace.
Working within a collaborative team, you'll support a range of learning initiatives and play a key role in ensuring colleagues have access to the tools, resources and support needed to succeed.
Key Duties
- Coordinate and support learning and development activities across the business
- Facilitate workshops, group sessions and one-to-one coaching where required
- Develop and maintain training resources and knowledge materials
- Support employee onboarding and induction programmes
- Work closely with managers to identify training requirements and development opportunities
- Respond to queries and provide guidance on internal systems and processes
- Monitor training activity and evaluate feedback to support continuous improvement
About You
You'll ideally have experience in a training, learning and development, onboarding, education or systems-focused role and be confident communicating with people at all levels.
We're particularly interested in candidates with:
- Training delivery or facilitation experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence producing written guidance and support materials
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting others
