The role holder will need to manage a busy workload, working closely with colleagues within the immediate team and wider department to organise successful, high quality and engaging training and events. The Training and Events Coordinator''s main responsibilities will include:Supporting the coordination, planning and administration of over 150 online and in-person training sessionsSupporting the end-to-end delivery of online, in-person and hybrid seminars, workshops and events including the Pupillage Fair and the Annual Bar and Young Bar ConferenceWorking closely and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver training and eventsMaintaining booking and sales systems to ensure smooth running of own projectsWhat we''re looking forStrong time management skills, and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlinesThe ability to show initiative by working independently as well as within a teamStrong attention-to-detail and customer service skillsThe ability to develop strong ..... full job details .....
