Training and Digital Solutions Officer Vacancy ID: 020593 Location: 22 Great Victoria Street Closing Date: 15-Jul-2026 Contract Type: Full-time Permanent Salary: Management And Professional The critical focus of this role is to support the implementation of a range of blended learning solutions which contribute to the delivery of Translink''s wider strategic plan through its people. The role will focus on the design and delivery of a range of innovative, digital learning solutions which contribute to the modernisation and ongoing improvement of Translink''s Organisational Development (OD) offering. Essential Criteria Possess a minimum of a HNC/HND qualification or equivalent, or a minimum of 2 years'' experience of training delivery. Possess a minimum of two years'' experience of working with systems. Experience of providing analysis of data to present back to senior stakeholders Experience of external contract management Experience in manipulating digital platforms/systems. Experience of collaborating with internal stakeholders to influence, negotiate and agree outcomes.
