Training and Development ManagerLocation: Redditch, WorcestershireFull Time Permanent 35,000- 40,000 per annum 4 day working week. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Training and Development Manager to lead and develop our learning and development function. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the training strategy of a growing business, ensuring employees have the skills, knowledge, and development opportunities needed to succeed.Working closely with managers across the business, you will design, implement, and continuously improve training programmes that support operational excellence, employee engagement, and long-term workforce development.Training and Development Manager Key ResponsibilitiesManage the company induction programme for all new starters.Develop and implement the organisation''s training and development strategy.Conduct training needs analyses across departments.Create and maintain individual training and development plans for employees.Coordinate apprenticeship programmes and liaise with external training providers.Design and deliver leadership and management development programmes.Develop and maintain departmental skills matrices.Carry out competency assessments and identify development requirements.Support succession planning by identifying and developing future talent.Lead and manage the Performance Development Review (PDR) process.Monitor training compliance, skills gaps, and competency levels.Produce and analyse training KPIs, skills ..... full job details .....
