The Role As Training and Development Lead, you will take ownership of the organisation''s learning and development agenda, shaping and delivering a training strategy that supports business objectives, operational performance, and employee growth. Working closely with leaders across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and support functions, you will identify capability gaps, design impactful development programmes, and implement learning initiatives that enhance individual and organisational performance. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
