Role: Training and Development Coach - Health and Social Care Apprenticeships Location: Lancashire Type: Temporary - Full Time Rate: 25 - 35 per hour Eden Brown are seeking an experienced Training and Development Coach - Health and Social Care Apprenticeships for a Further Education College in Lancashire to support the delivery of Health and Social Care apprenticeship programmes. This is a full time temporary role (37 hours) to start asap until the end of August This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified apprenticeship professional with strong occupational experience in adult care leadership and management. Working within the Apprenticeships team, you will manage a caseload of learners across a range of Health and Social Care standards, providing high-quality coaching, assessment, and support to help apprentices achieve their qualifications and professional goals. Key Responsibilities - Manage and support a caseload of Health and Social Care apprentices. - Deliver coaching, mentoring, and assessment activities in line with apprenticeship standards and awarding body requirements. - Conduct workplace reviews, progress meetings, and assessments. - Support learners in gathering evidence and preparing for End-Point Assessment (EPA). - Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records using relevant systems. - Ensure all apprenticeship delivery meets quality assurance, compliance, and funding requirements. - Build effective relationships with ..... full job details .....
