This is a detail-driven role that sits at the heart of our operations and requires someone organised, disciplined, and confident communicating with candidates and internal teams.You will be responsible for ensuring training and compliance activity is booked, tracked, recorded accurately, and communicated clearly, enabling our workforce to be deployment-ready at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining and Booking Administration Manage training bookings across all divisions, including inductions, refresher training, and specialist courses.Coordinate training dates with internal teams, trainers, and candidates.Issue joining instructions, confirmations, and training communications.Track attendance, completions, cancellations, and rebookings.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date training calendar.
