Role Overview The Programme Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and efficient learner onboarding experience. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of learner enrolment and onboarding, ensuring that: Learners are enrolled accurately and compliantly Employer and learner documentation is complete Systems (including Bud and ILR processes) are updated correctly This role is central to maintaining audit readiness, delivering a learner-focused experience, and supporting operational efficiency during a period of growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Learner Onboarding (Core Focus) Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of all new apprentices Act as the central point of contact for onboarding queries (learners, employers, and internal teams) Deliver a smooth and professional onboarding experience aligned to organisational standards 2.
