Training Administrator Maternity CoverCorby Office Based £26,000 £30,000 DOE hourly to paid weekly Office based, Full Time 38 Hours Per Week 6 12 Month Temporary Contract with strong potential of a permanent opportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy and well-established engineering company based in Corby.This is a fast-paced training administration role supporting a very busy training department that delivers technical engineering courses to external delegates and internal teams.The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating with customers and engineers, and able to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.Key Responsibilities Managing training course bookingsResponding to customer enquiries via phone and emailAdvising delegates on suitable training coursesSending joining instructions and course remindersProcessing purchase orders and invoicesPreparing training materials and attendance documentationMaintaining accurate CRM and training recordsProducing training reports and certificatesLiaising with trainers, delegates and internal departments Skills and Experience Required Previous administration/customer service experienceStrong IT skills including Microsoft OfficeIntermediate/Advanced Excel skillsCRM/database experienceExcellent communication skillsStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesHigh attention to detail Working Hours Monday Thursday: 8:30am 5:00pmFriday: 8:30am 3:00pm30-minute ..... full job details .....
