We''re recruiting a Training Administrator to join our client - a hugely successful Construction company in Ashford. You''ll play a key role in supporting their HR team by coordinating the training programmes across the business.

- Hybrid: Yes
- Salary: -34,000
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Holiday: 24 days + Bank Holidays
- Pension: 9% matched contribution scheme
Your key responsibilities would be:
- Organise and schedule training sessions, workshops, inductions, and refresher training.
- Liaise with trainers, employees, and managers to ensure attendance and completion.
- Maintain accurate employee training records and competency matrices.
- Update Learning Management Systems such as SABA and track completion status.
- Track mandatory and regulatory training requirements.
- Produce training reports, KPIs, and completion metrics for management and audit purposes.
- Provide training documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
- Ensure training activities meet company, industry, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with creating, updating, and distributing training materials, procedures, and work instructions.
- Identify training gaps and recommend improvements to training programmes and processes.
Our client would like to recruit a candidate who has:
- Previous experience in a Training Administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- A keen eye for detail with strong analytical skills
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
