This is an excellent opportunity to support a forward thinking business with a strong focus on operational excellence, colleague development and continuous improvement.As Training and Compliance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring training activities are well organised, accurately recorded and fully compliant with internal policies and external standards. Working closely with managers and trainers, you will help ensure colleagues have access to the training they need to work safely, efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up to date training records for colleagues. Add and update details for new starters, leavers and internal transfers within the training database. Perform regular database maintenance to ensure data integrity and compliance. Coordinate and administer site wide and company wide training programmes, including scheduling, tracking and completion monitoring. Manage online learning systems and external/internal training platforms. Retrieve and record safety certificates to support compliance and audit readiness.
