The-Training-Administrator-is-a-varied-role-where-no-two-days-are-the-same.-You''ll-be-the-person-who-keeps-the-training-centre-running-smoothly,-from-coordinating-courses-and-supporting-customers-to-working-closely-with-trainers-and-colleagues.

What-you''ll-be-doing

  • Managing-training-course-bookings-from-enquiry-through-to-completion.
  • Scheduling-courses-and-coordinating-training-calendars.
  • Liaising-with-internal-and-external-trainers-and-assessors.
  • Preparing-training-rooms,-materials-and-resources.
  • Meeting-and-welcoming-delegates-on-training-days.
  • Processing-bookings-and-payments.
  • Maintaining-accurate-training-records-and-documentation.
  • Supporting-audits-and-ensuring-records-are-up-to-date.
  • Working-with-marketing-to-promote-courses-and-special-offers.
  • Producing-customer-quotes-and-following-up-enquiries.
  • Providing-excellent-customer-service-both-over-the-phone-and-face-to-face.
  • Supporting-the-wider-customer-service-and-sales-team-where-needed.
