Master Diary Coordination: Scheduling and managing our centralised training calendars, ensuring courses are optimally populated. Depot & Client Liaison: Coordinating directly with regional transport desks to identify compliance tracking, ensuring staff are booked onto refresher modules well ahead of credential expiry dates. Course Logistics & Event Management: Organising classroom materials, invigilating formal examinations, managing student files, and coordinating group catering/lunch provisions on site. Statutory Portal Maintenance: Maintaining our data integrity across external regulatory portals including the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) and JAUPT.
