      <description>Location: Glasgow | Salary: &amp;pound;40000/annum | Type: Permanent | Our client operates bulk fuel storage sites across the UK and are responsible for the operations, maintenance and Engineering projects on these sites.  A newly created role now exists for an experienced Trainer to develop, implement, and deliver learning, training, assessment, development activities, and programmes covering all roles within the client sites, primarily in Scotland.   Salary: -40,000 + Private Health Care, generous annual leave, excellent Pension scheme.   Location: Remote + Extensive site visits across sites, mainly in Scotland but with some in England.   Working closely with the Competency Assurance Manager and HR Director you will play a supporting role in the implementation of the competency management system  Key aspects of the role    Coach, develop and coordinate the Depot Assessor  Support CMS implementation in areas/facilities not yet engaged with the program.
