Trainer (ERP/Technology) Contract - Paying between £400 to £500 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working (3 days per week on site), 6 month contract, Mid to late October startYour new role We are looking for an experienced ERP/Technology Trainer to support a major technology transformation programme.This role would suit someone with a strong background delivering training around ERP systems, new technology platforms, systems implementations or digital transformation programmes. Specific ERP experience is beneficial but not essential, with broader Technology Trainers also considered.Training materials will be provided, so the focus of the role will be on delivering engaging, effective training, quickly understanding the system and processes, and ensuring users are confident adopting new ways of working.Key Responsibilities:Deliver instructor-led training to end users as part of a major ERP transformationQuickly understand supplied training materials and confidently deliver them to different audiencesDeliver classroom and virtual training sessions where requiredExplain new systems, functionality and processes clearly to non-technical usersAdapt training style depending on audience knowledge and experienceSupport users through the transition to new technology and ways of workingWork closely with programme, change and training teamsGather feedback and help improve the effectiveness of training deliveryWhat you''ll need to succeed Strong experience as a ..... full job details .....
