This position offers the unique opportunity to influence the learning journey of apprentices, ensuring their progression and success through high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. The role is mainly working from home with very occasional travel locally. Key duties and responsibilities: Deliver high-quality knowledge and competency-based assessments in line with Awarding Body and funding requirements. Design and deliver off-the-job training sessions ensuring alignment with programme requirements. Develop, upload, and evaluate resources to support learner progress. Adapt teaching, coaching, and assessment approaches to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities, confidence levels, and learning styles. Ensure all assessment evidence is valid, reliable, current, and sufficient. Conduct monthly learner progress reviews, agreeing clear and measurable targets.
