The Role As a Trainer Coach - Electrical , you will be responsible for delivering, assessing and developing apprenticeship training, while supporting apprentices throughout their programme. The role involves a combination of workplace visits, learner assessments, progress reviews, coaching and campus-based workshops . You will work closely with apprentices and employers to ensure learners remain on track and are fully prepared for their End Point Assessment.
