Job Summary In this role, you will deliver high-quality facial workouts while driving exceptional customer experience, sales, and client retention within the studio. You will also promote FACEGYM services and retail offerings, ensuring every client receives a 5 experience from start to finish. Key Duties and Responsibilities Deliver all workouts in line with FACEGYM protocols Promote and sell FACEGYM workouts, products, and homecare both in-studio and front of house Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey Use strong communication skills, body language, and rapport-building techniques to adapt to different client needs Confidently overcome selling challenges and create engaging retail experiences Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked workstations in line with Health and Safety standards Maximise retail ..... full job details .....
