You will work with a high billing manager who will mentor and develop you. You will have the opportunity to work on a high volume of live roles with existing clients and make a lot of money and also learn from the best to progress to a 360 consultant. You will likely join them having had an introduction to recruitment already and a desire in the future to progress to a consultant role when you are ready. The Position Delivery Consultant role initially progressing to 360 Recruitment in the future with BD.
