Trainee Water Engineer – Cardiff

Salary: From £25,397.00 per year
Hours: Full-time, permanent (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with overtime available)

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Water Engineer to join our Cardiff based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to work across installation, maintenance and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) servicing
• Complete minor plumbing repairs effectively
• Record and report daily activities using digital software
• Support and deliver Water Technician tasks, including monitoring and maintenance
• Ensure all work is conducted to the highest standards of compliance and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Full, clean UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 2 or C&G Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing is essential
• Able to pass an enhanced DBS
• Ideally based within a commutable distance of Cardiff
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
