The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing finance applications and making informed lending decisions based on a customer''s affordability, stability and intent. The role will involve asking detailed questions, actively listening to customers and challenging information where appropriate to ensure responsible and positive customer outcomes. You will also take ownership of inbound and outbound calls with customers, dealers and internal teams, ensuring applications are processed efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Key responsibilities will include: Assessing and completing new finance applications. Making informed lending decisions based on detailed customer information. Using effective questioning and active listening to assess affordability, stability and intent. Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, dealers and internal stakeholders.
