This is an excellent opportunity to begin or develop your career in intellectual property, working closely with experienced Partners and senior Chartered Trade Mark Attorneys.You will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of trade mark and design matters, with structured support and training to help you build technical expertise and progress professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesReview trade mark watch notices and prepare clear, concise client reportsAssist in providing advice to clients on trade mark mattersPrepare, file, prosecute and maintain trade mark and design applicationsReview UK examination reports and foreign office actions and draft client adviceConduct trade mark searches and report on findingsSupport opposition and litigation mattersMaintain accurate time recording and ensure work is billed appropriatelyProvide general technical and administrative support as requiredContinuously develop knowledge to operate at a high professional standardSkills and ExperienceEssential:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail, including spelling and grammarAbility to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectivelyProfessional and organised approach to workDesirable/To Be Learned:Trade mark search platforms (eg Serion)Case management ..... full job details .....
