Trainee Surveyor

After training, a minimum of one day per week in the office will be required, in line with our Surveyor roles. Candidates must also be willing to travel across the region and occasionally to other regions for training and meetings. Salary: £35,471 per annum (including regional uplift and car allowance)2 year Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday. About the role Join our team as a Trainee Surveyor and help deliver high-quality maintenance services to our customers. You''ll carry out property inspections, assess repairs, and work with contractors to ensure standards are met - especially in light of new responsibilities under Awaab''s Law, which requires prompt action on damp, mould, and emergency repairs to protect tenant health.
