Trainee Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known law firm in Blackburn for a Trainee Solicitor to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious legal professional to gain hands-on experience managing a varied conveyancing caseload while receiving ongoing training and supervision from experienced solicitors.The successful candidate will support the conveyancing department while progressively handling their own files, assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.They are paying a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 annum depending on experience and interview performance.Responsibilities as a Trainee Solicitor: Assist with the full conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equityDraft legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, completion statements, and reports on titleConduct legal research relevant to property transactionsAttend client meetings and take instructions under supervisionCommunicate with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third partiesOrder and review property searches and assist in raising/enquiring on pre-contract mattersPrepare files for exchange and completion, and deal with post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsMaintain accurate file notes and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm-wide procedures About you as a Trainee Solicitor: ..... full job details .....
