Overview
Trainee Social Value and Community Coordinator - Oxford and Bristol. Hill Group UK is seeking a Trainee Social Value and Community Coordinator to join the Social Value team in Oxford and Bristol. You will ensure project social value commitments are achieved, customer and resident partnerships are maintained, and high standards in social value and community engagement are met. This role includes working toward a Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability.Role Scope
Responsible for supporting social value delivery across projects in Oxford and BristolWork closely with the Social Value and Community Manager to facilitate social value projects with identified partnersProvide administrative support to the Social Value and Community Managers such as data input of targets (internally and on external social value platforms), drafting content for project webpages and e-newsletters, developing social value delivery plans, reports and case studiesSupport site teams with resident queries and communicationsUndertake local research and stakeholder mappingSuccess Measures
Delivery of social value in line with the social value delivery planEffective support for the social value and community managersGood relationships with site teams and local stakeholdersAccurate reporting and data capture, reporting updated in a timely mannerSkills, Experience and Attributes
Passion for working with people and in communitiesMaths and English Grade C / Level 4 for the apprenticeship qualificationTime management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projectsEffective communication skills, verbal and writtenInfluencing and negotiation skillsAbility to set and achieve targetsComputer literateSelf-motivatedFlexible (occasional evening or weekend meetings/events)Package
